Well after contacting some people and searching Kamadan it appears that early-access to minipets will not happen or will be delayed, now 3 likely probabilities of arrival times for the minipets....

a. sometime during the working hours of anet on the 27th
b. at the end of the 27th at midnight
c. with some update on the 28th during anet working hours

I'd like to see them do something to make Mini's useful. Maybe each mini casts it's own low powered spell, or gives you some bonuses to your abilities. PvE skills/consets etc have already made the game unbalanced so why not just add a few more things.

Fret not! 6th year characters will be getting new birthday presents, but not until the anniversary build goes out on the 28th. We have a couple of other surprises coming as well.
